**Who will I be working with?**

**Our Renewables team is the source of truth for renewables technology and heating systems within Baxi. They are the driving force that will help us to ensure we are building a collective of people who can support one of the biggest transformations we may see in the energy industry in our lifetime through educating, informing and supporting our existing and desired installer base in the UK.**

**Working very closely with our Area Sales, Technical Pre-Sales teams as well as our external customers (installers and merchants) they ensure everyone is clear not only on what needs to be done to help drive the energy transformation, but how they can do it. We know that transformation isn’t easy and it can take time. That’s why we’re building a brand new team to support all our valued customers.**

**What will you be doing?**

**As a Project Support Coordinator in our newly formed Renewables team you’ll play a key role in keeping our Commercial customers up to date with progress of supply chain movements and timelines in relation to purchased products, as well as driving operational structure and delivery of the Renewables project roadmap.**

**This is a fast paced, varied and high profile role where you’ll work directly with the Renewables Director and the Engineering Solutions Manager to help build and oversee management of the team structure and project roadmap that will help take Baxi to the future; leading with Renewable and sustainable heating and hot water technology solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in a coordination role who is managing multiple projects and internal and external stakeholders looking for their next step.**

**On a day to day basis you will;**

**Manage the coordination and communication between different departments and teams in respect of all projects underway and in planning stages for the Renewables team, ensuring deadlines and met and projects are completed in line with predefined timelines**

**Act as the interface between our presales and after sales support teams, ensuring information is shared.**

**Help to develop and define new department structures, processes and procedures to increase operational efficiency, clarity and transparency around the Renewables project roadmap**

**Create governance parameters for different projects, monitor and report on compliance and completion timelines**

**Provide excellent levels of customer services to internal and external stakeholders including Baxi Customers, Marketing, Training, Product Development, Field Sales and Finance Teams.**
