**_ Salary - Circa 30k (depending on experience) + commission_**

To undertake and be responsible for the following telemarketing, pipeline management and associated activities:
**Telemarketing**
- To contact pre-identified prospective clients
- To identify and speak to the decision makers on insurance buying
- To promote business services and products, and obtaining permission to provide introductory marketing material
- To identify renewal dates, existing broker relationships, key insurers, annual premium and fee/commission costs and any other relevant information to assist in the prospecting of the target client
- To ensure an effective and prompt hand-over of individual prospective client information to the designated colleague
***Pipeline Management**
- To undertake prospect database cleansing activities
- To promptly and accurately update and maintain databases of prospective client data
- To assist in the further development of prospective client databases, through the addition of new potential clients
- To manage a diary system thereby supporting the ongoing contact strategy for the prospective client databases
- To accurately process and control marketing documentation and general correspondence
- To ensure that all prospecting responses are documented and delivered in a timely manner
- To participate fully in new business initiatives, contributing ideas to these wherever possible
You have a proven track record in outbound sales within a professional services company, consistently delivering your targets. You’re a self-motivated, confident, and reliable individual, a committed team player able to work under pressure.
