**Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer**

**LOCATION**:Bristol**

**RATE**:£21.22- £23.88** **per hour (Umbrella)**

**DURATION**:Temp to Perm, 2 months Temporary**

**HOURS**:37**

**Duties and tasks**:

- Proactively manage and maintain ASB cases across a geographical patch of general needs tenancies to increase community safety and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to ASB prevention, taking in to account any previous complaints made, to assure positive results for your customers.
- Provide continual guidance to all customers through a range of digital platforms and refer to any relevant third-party organisation.
- Build strong community partnerships with local community programmes and other organisations to increase positive community attitude while supporting your customers.
- Reassure your customers by listening to them, ensuring they feel supported.
- Work alongside in-house teams, third-party organisations, customers and neighbourhood partners to develop appropriate community partnerships and to achieve positive results for all.
- While proactively maintaining ASB cases, prepare for a reactive service in times of emergencies.

**Required**:

- Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.
- Experience of managing and/or preventing ASB.
