This exciting new role will engage with a range of individuals who have adopted street based living with a view to engage them in appropriate services.

Our Ealing Rise service is multi-disciplinary, that consist of a service managers, consultant psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, health care assistants, recovery staff, volunteers, administrators and peer mentors, all focused on bringing the individuals using our services the best possible support & interventions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Where**: Ealing, Greater London

**When**:We are looking to get the right person into the team ASAP

**Hours**: 37.5hrs per week

**Salary**: £26,393 - £30,316 dependent on experience (+£3915 ILW) (pro rata)

**About the role**:

- As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with Criminal Justice partners including, Police and CRC / Probation.
- Provide a seamless link between police/court custody suites, prison, and the community.
- Provide information for courts and other criminal justice agencies of suitability for drug treatment interventions.
- To Work with service users either on a voluntary basis or as part of a court, police, or probation requirement such as DRR, ATR.
- To deliver services across a range of bases, including Probation and CRC sites.
- Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users.

**About you**:

- Have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field ideally within criminal justice.
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written with good IT skills.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills.
- Have a good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice.
- Be a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage change successfully in a way that prioritises the needs of service users.
- Seek out learning opportunities to improve and broaden your professional knowledge and skills and to contribute and oversee the learning and development of others
