**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a full time Home Ownership Officer, 37 hours a week based in Chippenham.

The Home Ownership Officer will be responsible for the management of leasehold and shared ownership stock across GreenSquareAccord.

You will provide an end-to-end customer facing service; duties include (but not limited to): management of customer and third-party queries, resales, lease extensions, lease and tenancy breaches, S20 consultations and income collection.

You will deliver a strong commitment to customer service and overall service excellence. Ensuring customers and properties are managed in accordance with current legislation, regulation, and lease agreement.

You will provide specialist advice and support around leasehold management to colleagues across GreenSquareAccord.

**Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.**

**About you**

You must have good working knowledge of relevant leasehold, service charge and housing legislation; to include Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

For this role, you will have the ability to interpret residential and commercial leases, management, and service level agreements.

You will have strong communication skills across a diverse audience group, both in writing and verbally. Including delivering excellent Customer Service.
