**Channel Manager**

**upto £55k + bens**

The Channel Manager will be responsible for leading on the strategy and will be accountable for the annual operating plan, working closely with the wider teams to deliver on targets.

**The role**
- You will lead the channel team
- Design and execute the channel marketing strategy and annual & quarterly marketing plans
- Evaluation of the success of the overall marketing plan and individual activities with consideration to achievement of sales targets / product mix / vitality and ROI
- Input into product roadmap and launch planning
- Utilising market data and trends, and monitoring competitor activity to inform and adjust marketing plans as appropriate
- Working closely with the Communications team to establish appropriate tone of voice for channel messaging and onwards to end customer

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with strong leadership capabilities
- Strategic thinker with demonstrable experience of delivering customer/channel marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, and comfortable with building relationships with customers and internal colleagues at all levels
- Retail experience a distinct advantage.
