Frankie + Lola’s is looking for someone with experience in commercial kitchens and supervisory responsibilities to step into the Kitchen Supervisor position within our Inverness Venue.

**As the leader of the Kitchen Team, reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for;**
- Taking ownership of the delivery of a smooth food service.
- Developing a strong working knowledge of our menu, and preparing each item to a high standard and in-line with established guidelines. Menu items include pizzas, wraps, sandwiches, breakfast items, etc.
- Overseeing the ordering, storage, control and management of all stock.
- Complying with all current Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations and to ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of visitors whilst using our cafe.
- Overseeing all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of the kitchen, equipment and other food service areas; ensuring that high levels of hygiene standards are maintained.
- Working with the wider venue team to ensure that the Frankie + Lola’s customer service excellence standards are delivered daily.
- Coordinating with management and front of house team to deliver food for functions and parties on a tight schedule.

**What we look for in an excellent Kitchen Supervisor;**
- Have prior experience in commercial cooking/food preparation environments.
- Qualification/experience in Food Safety & Hygiene practices is essential. If you were previously certified but need to renew your qualification, we will provide the necessary training.
- Excellent communication skills are required to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers, from all backgrounds.
- Proactive, self-starters thrive in our business.
- Willingness to learn and train under the Venue Manager to become an integral member of the team.
- Self-discipline and personal organisation are a must in this role.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities ideal - as this is a leadership role you must be able to work with and motivate a team of juniors and progress towards common goals and objectives.
- Computer literacy strongly preferred.
- Your ability to work weekends is absolutely essential to the operation of the business.
