**Warranty Claims Specialist**
**Bradford (Or surrounding area)**
**£28,750 Salary + Overtime**
**MUST have a mechanical qualification**
**Mon - Fri - 37.5hrs**

C&B Recruitment are currently working with a reputable company who are searching for knowledgeable Vehicle Technicians to assist their busy department in Bradford.

**As a Claims Specialist you will be responsible for**:

- Log new Warranty claims made by the end user (Dealer, Workshop etc)
- Use your Mechanical/Technical knowledge to validate each claim
- Maintain strong relationships with Customer, Manufacturers and Dealerships/Workshops.
- Follow up on all Warranty Claims updating relevant personnel.

Technical Claims Specialists (Warranty Claims Specialists) can work from home or be based in Bradford. You will need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 mechanical/Technical qualification ( Ideally a NVQ level 3 in Vehicle maintenance and repair) and be confident over the phone.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
