29.6 hours per week (part-time), 3 days per week
Grade 3 (lower) point 20-23: £30,861 - £33,848 FTE, inclusive of Inner London Weighting (£24,688.80 - £27,078.40 per annum)
Temporary Contract for 4 months with a possibility of extension

**Summary of job**:The post holder will share and embrace Public Heath Agenda and Outcomes as the model will focus on national and local public health priorities including healthy eating, physical activity, oral health and emotional wellbeing.
**The team**:

- Deliver an innovative service with a holistic approach to promoting health and wellbeing
- Align with other services that promote similar messages
- Promote a whole systems approach to reduce health inequalities
- Are responsive and flexible to changing local needs
**To achieve the above in your role as Early Years Co-ordinator you will be required to**:

- Provide support for 0-4 age range and their families by promoting healthy eating, physical activity, oral health and emotional wellbeing, adapting resources and activities to the early years Public Health messages
- Adopt a co-production approach to the establishment of the clubs
- Develop and sustain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
- Use solution focused and strength based approaches when working with families to address individual needs and goals
- To evidence outcomes families achieve through use of evidence-based tools - monitoring and reporting outcomes in line with contractual requirements
- Be committed to providing an integrated one-team approach to children, young people & their families with an aim to delivering effective services and interventions as part of the offer
A driver’s licence and access to your own car is desirable for this post, but not required.
