Here within Anglian Water, we collaborate with a number of alliance partners to provide the best water recycling services across the region by maintaining our existing assets and undertaking new projects to safeguard future water recycling asset health.

Playing a key part in our drive to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment to Love Every Drop are the Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance (IMR WRA) who are key to delivering sustainable solutions.

Comprising of Anglian Water, Clancy, Claret Civil Engineering, Public Sewer Services and Danaher & Walsh, the IMR WRA manages planned and emergency sewer, rising mains and SMART technology installation as well as maintenance and repair across the region.

As the IMR WRA looks to grow and add further value to the Anglian Water network, the recently instilled Senior Leadership team are looking for a number of Administrators to join the team to provide sound and timely administrative support.

What will you be doing as our Administrator?

In this role, you’ll be supporting a driven, yet friendly, Senior Leadership team who are looking to make a big difference. No two days will be the same as you undertake a host of duties including minute taking, organising meetings, provide safety and training record assurance and providing technical support where required to name a few.

You’ll be seen as the hub of the administrative support for the Senior Leadership team so whilst you’ll be very busy, you’ll get great exposure across the organisation.

**Key responsibilities**:
Provide proactive and reactive meeting and workshop support to ensure things run smoothly and add
- value

Ensure Safety and Quality Assurance Record Management is maintained to the highest standards to ensure we are safe and compliant at all times

Mentor/provide support for Team Administrators and Analyst

A little bit about your skills and behaviours

To be considered for this critical support role and play your part in driving the IMR WRA forwards, you’ll possess secretarial and/or administration experience, or a relevant qualification and have demonstrable basic numeracy and literacy qualifications (GCSE or equivalent).
