Your new role
Hays Healthcare are working alongside an urgent care provider looking for Advanced Nurse Practitioners in the Northamptonshire area
You will be responsible for autonomous clinical assessment, treatment and/or referrals to patients presenting with a wide variety of conditions as a first contact clinician in various environments including Urgent Treatment Centres, Walk in Centres and GP Practices.
Your new company
Working 365 days a year and available 24/7 as part of the NHS frontline, we lead urgent care within emergency departments, urgent treatment centres, GP and primary care surgeries and out in our communities - offering a full range of both 'in and out of hours'clinical specialist services, provided by a diverse workforce made up of medical, nursing, allied health and support teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist
- Level 6 or 7 qualification in Minor Illness and Injuries
- CRIPA (Clinical Reasoning in Physical Assessment) qualification desirable
- Minimum 12 months experience within an Urgent Care environment (A and E, Walk In Centre, GP OOH or Urgent Care Centres)
- Flexible availability including evenings, nights and weekends
