Working as the member of our manufacturing team you will manufacture a variety of special fasteners to industry standard dimensions or customer specific drawings.

**Job Title**: CNC Operator

**Location**: Units 21 & 22, Four Ashes Enterprise Centre, Latherford Close, Four Ashes, Wolverhampton, WV10 7BY.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm and Friday 7am-1pm

**Salary**:£12.00 - £12.50 Depending Upon Experience

**Start Date**: Immediate

Annual holiday entitlement is 22 days plus statutory bank holidays.

**The Role**:

- To manufacture a high quality product by setting and operating Doosan Fanuc 0icontrolled CNC lathes.
- Working within a safe environment by ensuring all company procedures and health & safety legislation is followed at all times.
- Upholding company values.

**Required Skills / Experience**
- Previous experience with use of Fanuc controls is essential.
- Manufacturing processes of special fasteners.
- Use of 2 Axis Lathes (any experience setting/operating milling machines advantageous)
- Use of Bar Fed and Chucking Lathes.
- Product inspection experience and the use of gauges and measuring equipment.
- Fitting and Boring of soft Jaws.
- Change tips and move offsets
- Read engineering drawings
- Use measuring equipment
- Use gauges
- Basic machine maintaining
- Load Parts
- De-Burr components
- Operate several machines when possible
- Fastener experience preferred
- To be motivated with a "can do" attitude.
- A team player.
