**Job Description**:
Are you a CNC Lathe Setter/Operator? If so, we want to hear from you
Our prestigious client based in Wolverhampton is looking for a CNC Lathe Setter to extend their team.
Your main duties will include:

- Set and operate CNC Lathe machinery
- Completing detailed quality checks against dimensional drawings using measuring equipment, verniers, micrometers and gauges etc, pass off 1st off approvals for production run and log and record all measurements on the relevant check sheets.
- Recognising, identifying, and reporting all quality defects and equipment failures.
- Ensuring all completed work is sent to the stores with any empty trays for that particular part, daily for booking in.
- Ensuring all work is undertaken in accordance with any work instructions / procedures.
- Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are completed as required.
- Maintaining good communications and relationships throughout the company.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and make suggestions for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and good housekeeping standards and ensuring standards are maintained.

The hours of work are:
Day shift (6am - 3pm or 7am - 4pm)
Night Shift (6pm - 6am Mon-Thurs)
Pay Rate: £11.50
