**Job Description and Purpose**:
To observe and gain knowledge and skills of how to identify customer’s needs.

To assist in capturing information relating to the Environmental Services we provide as a company.

To attend/complete all relevant training and academy courses as required.

**Reporting to**: Office Sales Supervisor / Mentor

**JBM/Synergy - Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception relief, respond to customers’** needs. Answer all incoming and outgoing calls, both internal and external, redirecting/ taking messages when necessary and acting on instructions received
- Completing admin tasks, by delivering mail, and accepting mail (the mail is to be given to relevant people, unopened).

**Stationery **to bekeep up to date making sure office levels stocked.

**Greeting visitors**, notifying appropriate people

**General housekeeping** around office area and hallway.

**Advice Note ticket -** Completing with relevant information and given to the drivers. Keeping all the tickets for filing.

**Waste Transfer Notes**, drivers will hand these to reception for filing

**Filing paperwork**, as JBM/Synergy Group making sure JBM and Synergy filled separately.

**Support the wider team** with ad hoc requests & activities as and when required.

Qualifications - preferred
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel.
- Level 2 Customer Service Standard

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9,254.44 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ryton, NE40 3EX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
