Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
