Client Support Administrator

A permanent administrator position is available with MIND Professionals’ Cambridge based MIND Therapies Service.

The service provides Neurodevelopmental Diagnostic Services for Adults and Children with suspected Autism and/or ADHD and Psychological Therapy for adults and young people with mild to moderate mental health issues or with other psychological difficulties.

You will co-ordinate the clinical diary and scheduling of appointments which will involve communication between patients and their external stakeholders, clinicians and our internal team of clinical administrators.

About MIND Professionals:
MIND Professionals are a Cambridge based organisation providing Autism Diagnostic Assessments for Adults and Children and Psychological Therapy for adults and young people with mental health issues and other psychological difficulties.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Mon-Fri (08:30 - 17:00)
Location: Stow-cum-Quy, Cambridgeshire

You will provide administrative support to the Head of Therapeutic and Diagnostic Services, Mind Professionals clinicians and the wider internal Mind Professionals team.

**Requirements**:

- You will be a quick learner with the ability to adapt and learn.
- You will have excellent organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- You will have the ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally.
- You wlil have good IT skills.
- You will have good administrative skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- You will have a confident telephone manner.
- GCSE English and Maths grade 4/C or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
