**Telesales/telemarketing and Lead Generation role**

**Calls**

Conduct outgoing calls with leads and prospects who have shown initial interest.

Nurture relationships and address any additional questions or concerns.

Introduce the product in a compelling way to generate interest.

Follow up quotes and approach new prospects.

Follow up admin tasks and updating sales tracks.

**Lead Qualification**

Qualify leads by gathering information about the prospects needs.

Determine if the lead is a good fit for the product being offered.

**Product Knowledge**

Develop a deep understanding of the products offered.

Communicate key features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.

**Objection Handling**

Anticipate and address potential objections or concerns from prospects.

**Appointment setting**

Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with interested prospects.

Ensure that all necessary information is correct for the sales team to follow up.

**Closing Sales**

Utilise effective sales techniques to close deals and secure commitments from prospects.

Understand the prospects buying process and tailor the approach accordingly.

**Record Keeping**

Document key information about each lead and their stage in the sales process.

**Employment Terms**:
Part-time permanent position, initial 3-month probationary period.

20-24 hours per week 10 - 3pm Mon -Thurs / 10 - 2pm Mon - Fri.

No shifts or weekend work.

Lunch provided plus 20-minute lunch break.

Salary bracket £11-£12 per hour plus pro rata share in company bonus scheme.

25 days holiday plus bank holiday, 3 must be taken over Christmas period.

Start date - February 2024.

**Other information**

You may be required to be flexible across different responsibilities at Presco, support and cover may be required in other areas once proficient on the Orderwise system.

Formal and informal reviews and individual meetings will be regularly had during the initial

1-3-month period to ensure open communication and updates on expectations.
