**Salary**: Up to £25,000 per annum
Location: Borehamwood
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Tuesday (8am - 7pm) Wednesday & Thursday (8.30am - 7.30pm) and Saturday (8am - 7pm)

COMPANY PROFILE

A prestigious organisation within the car industry, based in Borehamwood are looking to expand their team
You will play vital role and act as the main point of contact between the company and the clients.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven customer service experience
- Dedicated to offer excellent customer service and represent a brand
- Ability to work towards SLAs/ targets
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft packages
- Positive and pro-active approach to work

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling any complaints and escalating where necessary
- Handling new and existing bookings
- Sending out confirmations to clients regarding their bookings
- Liaising with customers from start to finish, ensuring they are always informed
- Cross-selling any products to the customers

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
