A well-established but dynamic multi-service law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join them as Head of Department.

In this role, you’ll head up a growing commercial litigation team and handle a varied litigation caseload of contract disputes, property litigation, commercial litigation and contentious insolvency work. You'll also be actively involved in business developmentin order to supplement the work enjoyed by the team as a result of the firm’s solid client base.

This is the perfect opportunity for a solicitor who is perhaps looking to take the next step up in their career, would like to work flexibly and avoid commuting into the city centre.

**Head of Commercial Litigation - South Manchester**

**The company & role?**
- A down-to-earth multi-service legal practice with a dedicated and friendly team
- Working as part of an experienced team, you’ll be entrusted with a broad-ranging caseload including breaches of contract, commercial property litigation matters, professional negligence cases and financial litigation
- As Head of Department, you’ll lead and supervise colleagues and will also be expected to generate work through business development
- The firm are looking to grow the litigation team over the next 12 months and are open to the possibility of a team move
- The firm are experts in commercial and residential property, litigation, employment and wills, trusts and are known for their excellent service
- The firm are based in the heart of Didsbury village, close to all major transport links and local amenities
- Commutable from Manchester, Altrincham, Wilmslow and Stockport

- A Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 10+ years’ PQE and a broad range of experience in commercial and property litigation

- Will be very well-organised and have good time management skills
