One of our building services clients seek an experienced customer service executive to manage inbound calls from trade accounts whilst managing key accounts for the processing of new orders. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Customer Service AND Administration skills are essential for this role, the business has a customer centric value and it is imperative that you can demonstrate a balance between your service experience and accuracy and attention to detail when working with databases and systems.

This is a full time, permanent role. The company is situated in LS25 with excellent benefits and ongoing development for all employees.

**Duties Include: -**
- Processing customer orders onto SAGE
- Assisting with product information and recommendations of alternatives
- Cross-Selling other products relative to customer needs
- Contacting customers with updates to their orders
- Manage customer accounts and create an excellent business relationship
- Customer Centric tasks
- Assist invoicing and finance processes with customers

**Skills & Duties Required**

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- Customer service experience; ideally from a supplier background
- Sales order processing
- Some cross-selling / up-selling (non targeted) customer service
- Problem solving
- Excel and SAGE experience is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
