This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Officer to join the Creative Futures team based in the Innovation Group at University of Warwick.

As the Creative Futures Officer, you will be an integral member of a small team who work to increase opportunities for students, graduates, staff and academics and build relationships with the thriving creative cluster in Coventry and Warwickshire.

You will need to be able to work under pressure to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment, responsible for a range of activities including market research, project planning, assisting on press and marketing campaigns, writing reports, capturing stories for key partners and supporting the team deliver services to small creative businesses through the Creative Futures Incubator based at 1 Mill Street, Leamington Spa and the newly established Esports Centre on campus.

You will provide high quality project management to a range of external engagement and business support projects within the Creative Futures team. Working with a variety of stakeholders, delivering key services with departmental and institutional partners, it is essential the agreed outcomes and delivery milestones are achieved efficiently, and results are captured and shared widely.

You will lead and project manage various initiatives, services, challenges and events that connect University staff and students with the business community in Leamington Spa first and foremost, and then wider across Coventry and Warwickshire and the West Midlands region. Based in 1 Mill Street, this role will be embedded in the business community and be response and pro-active to business needs and adept at identifying opportunities that are mutually beneficial to all partners.
