**Interim Head of Financial Control**

**Location**:Central London with a flexible WFH policy

**Salary**:Up to £140k plus benefits & bonus

**Duration**:12 months

Consumer Additions has partnered with a global leading e-commerce business.

This is a 12-month maternity cover assignment to start in July that looks after the company’s financial performance and assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with the CFO and Head of Commercial Finance to establish the right culture in Finance and enhance the skills, knowledge and overall quality of the function.
- Take overall responsibility for the core accounting and reporting requirements of the Group.
- Produce high-level management reports.
- Own and continue to develop effective, efficient and well-documented financial control processes across the business.
- Leverage systems to improve financial and KPI reporting, consistency, control and team efficiency.
- Work with Commercial Finance team to influence business decision making through management reporting, cost control and accuracy.
- Manage the relationship with external stakeholders such as auditors and the Company’s legal advisors.
- Responsible for IFRS and GAAP compliance across the Group
- Responsible for all Company Secretary duties.
- Expertly manage the finance function relationship with investors as well as lenders and credit insurers.

**Key Requirements**
- ACA qualified.
- Strong recent experience within £100m+ international organisations.
- Sat across all of the elements of control (Management Accountants, AP/AR, Tax etc).
- Managed teams of 10+ people.
- Experienced in managing cash and cash forecasts.
- Has dealt with lenders and investors.
