We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Aftersales Executive to join the team at our Solihull dealership.

This is a full time role.

Hours 45

Salary £28,644

Bonus OTE £19,600

Total earning potential £48,244

You will:

- Supervise and support the Aftersales Executives to ensure their performance is high and consistent
- Coach and train the current team and any new staff on the processes in place
- Liaise effectively with the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure processes are followed that the customer journey at a 5 star level
- Provide a fully detailed and costed Vehicle Health Check document to every customer

You will have:

- Practical experience in an Aftersales/sales environment
- Supervisory experience
- Outstanding customer relations skills in order to adapt to customers individual requirements whilst safeguarding the company's interest
- Ability to handle pressure without it effecting working relationships and effectiveness
