Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

- highly developed and specialist knowledge of social work practice and HCPC registration;
- flexibility
- ability to work under pressure
- experienced in managing caseloads with various complexity
- ability to assess and manage the risk involved in protecting vulnerable people
- relevant qualifications and experience of working with disabled people and their families
- a good working knowledge of the legislation that underpins this work

You will ensure that resources are effectively utilised by assessing and planning implementation and evaluation of care. Any research evidence should be applied in practice.
