Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Administration including bookkeeping duties, processing invoices, creating client accounts, taking payments, and managing credit control.

Office Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and coordinating with suppliers.

Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.

Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including customer and financial information.

Reporting: Generating regular reports and ensuring that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks or a similar accounting software
