PWG Trading Ltd includes two of the UK’s Premier timber fenestration brands, Timber Windows & Dale Joinery. Timber Windows has a UK wide network of 48 beautifully appointed showrooms providing a unique experience for customer seeking replacement timber windows and doors. Dale Joinery produces a range of high-quality, made to measure timber windows and doors focussed on the new build and developer markets. Products are retailed through a trusted network of builders’ merchants, as well as direct to select developers.

We are now looking for a part time Finance Assistant to join our finance team in Watchfield. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience within finance. You will be a key member of the finance team in our growing company. Our brands have consistent year-on-year growth and operate in a stable and established industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and coding all purchase ledger invoices.
- Reviewing and coding employee expense claim forms.
- Data entry to Sage 50.
- Supplier statement reconciliations, and the resolution of queries from suppliers.
- Compiling and actioning payment runs / ad-hoc payments.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**‍Requirements**:

- Administrative and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to work in a team, in a small office environment.
- Previous purchase ledger experience is not essential, but desirable, as is experience of Sage 50.
