King Lifting is a growing and ambitious family business based in Avonmouth, Bristol, providing mobile crane hire and plant/machinery movement from depots across the south of England. We are proud of our name and reputation within the industry.

We are currently seeking a Management Accountant to provide support to the senior finance team and be responsible for the development of management accounts, financials, cash flows, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. The role & remuneration is flexibleinsofar as our growth allows us to consider more experienced individuals should the opportunity arise. It would be useful therefore if you could please provide your salary expectation.

**Duties will include**:

- Audit preparatory work with appropriate reconciliations and information packs.
- Improve and develop credit control procedures.
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of invoice finance facility with ledger and cash book support.
- Identify improvements, develop approved management accounting techniques.
- Ad-hoc financial projects.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications required**:
**_Essential:_**
- You must have a minimum of 1 years' proven experience of working within a management accounting role i.e. general ledger work around budgets, variance analysis, costings.
- Capability to work under your own volition to support the Finance Management Team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**_Desirable:_**
- PAYE/Payroll experience.
- Recognised financial qualification or studying towards a qualification.
- Process improvement experience.
