Extract Duct Supervisor

**Go2 People are working on behalf of their client who is one of the UK’s longest established providers of duct cleaning and Legionella risk services.**

**In the role of Extract Cleaning Supervisor you will be**:

- Responsible for controlling the workload of the compliance
- They should ensure that all procedures are followed
- To ensure that work is carried out in line with and Safety Regulations
- The Compliance Supervisor, in conjunction with the Stores/Workshop Manager, is responsible for ensuring that all general and specialised equipment boxes are maintained in a serviceable condition
- Ensuring that where equipment is unserviceable due to ‘fair wear and tear’ it is replaced
- Responsible for the Teams Specialised equipment boxes and any other specialised equipment
- Supervising the Compliance Operatives
- Representing the Company on site and promote a professional image at all times
- Assisting in of new operatives and temporary labour
- Dealing with urgent problems

**To be successful in the role you will need**:
**Previous experience in**:

- Kitchen Extract Cleaning
- General ventilation cleaning
- An ability to motivate and encourage colleagues to achieve required standards within timeframe allowed
- Experience within duct cleaning and Legionella risk services
- Willingness to complete the work assigned to a high standard
- Full UK Driving licence

This is a permanent full time role with a salary on offer of £26,026 to £33,990 per year (dependant on experience).
