- £10m mark and full of innovative ideas this could be for you. You'll own the Global remit of brand in a good place for ecommerce and omnichannel growth while leading a team made up specialists from creative to trading.What:
- Develop and execute the Global E-Comm/ E-Tail strategy to achieve sales and profit targets in line with annual budgets
- Manage all aspects of analytics related to Omni channel sales
- Ensure that the brand delivers a consistent look and feel and customer journey online and in store
- Responsible for the user experience of the website and blending this with tech innovation
- Develop and oversee the effective planning and localised execution of content across the websites
- Lead and motivate a broad team of specialists

You?- Experienced Head of Ecommerce ideally with premium or luxury experience of US market
- Proven experience of growing an ecommerce or omnichannel Global business
- Enjoys massive ownership and accountability
- Understands the complex user journeys of a business made up of b2b, d2c, omnichannel, marketplaces.
