Supporting the wider People team to deliver the People Strategy and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will set the bar high from the very beginning of an employee’s journey at Superdrug. Working within a centralized recruitment team, they’ll play a key role in finding the right people to join our business, who will thrive in our stores and delight our customers. This role reports to Talent Acquisition Manager for Superdrug Stores PLC.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit for vacancies within your business area (Healthcare, Beauty Services, Store Teams)
Working closely with stores to understand their vacancies and requirements
Create attractive and engaging job adverts on internal and external platforms, keeping to employer brand guidelines
Picking up and finding solutions for queries in the recruitment mailbox
