**Title**:Deputy Head of School**

**Location: Maple Grove School, Cheshire**

**Salary: £50,000 per annum**

**Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday**

**Contract: Permanent; Term time only**

**Must be UK based.**

**Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Deputy Head of School to help shape the future of Maple Grove. The successful applicant will have the leadership skills and vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.**

**About the role**

Oversee day to day operations at one of the sites operated by Maple Grove School, working with the headteacher to drive a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that all pupils access experiences and opportunities of the highest standards.

Support the Headteacher with the leadership and management of the school in order to promote effective education and care and contribute to the learning, personal development and wellbeing of all students.

Be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) discharging individual responsibilities to a high standard as well as supporting the work of the team at all times and ensuring consistency across the two sites.

Work closely with the Headteacher, SLT and colleagues within Options Autism and Outcomes First Group to ensure the school is compliant with statutory regulation.

- Qualified Teacher status
- First degree or equivalent
