What you’ll be doing:Workplace Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and proactive Workplace Assistant to join our team at our Head office for ZPG - The Cooperage. We have 60,000 sq ft of amazing office space themed to be a ‘home away from home’.

This is an energetic, fast-paced environment so you will need to be able to juggle a variety of tasks at any one time while ensuring the highest standard of customer service. Supporting the Head of Workplace your role will be the first point of call for facilities queries and you will provide efficient and high level reception services to the office and external guests.

You will need to be flexible to the duties required of you and have a positive, can do attitude.

As well as delivering administrative and facilities support, the Workplace Assistant is a key member of the workplace team and will proactively help to manage the building and respond promptly to any office issues

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring The Cooperage’s Front Desk is covered and provides an excellent service to internal and external customers at all times
- Welcoming and registering guests and providing guests services
- Ensuring the office is maintained and presented to a high standard at all times
- Ensuring office environment is comfortable
- Issuing access cards
- Assist with the Starter / Leaver processing
- Meeting room and event space management
- Delivering the Health & Safety induction for all new starters
- Assisting with planning & arranging of in-house team events
- Managing stationery supplies
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Food ordering
- Monitoring and managing of the Workplace ticketing system

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Facilities experience
- Reception/Front of House experience
- Excellent eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills; ability to plan ahead
- Pro-active approach/demonstrate a willingness to help
- Good under pressure, ability to prioritise busy workload

**You may also have**:

- Previous experience of guest services
- H&S qualifications (IOSH Managing Safely)
- Experience of using a ticketing system
