The Online Sales Assistant is responsible for selling donated and new stock online to maximise profit for the Charity. Organise products in the warehouse, photograph, list and accurately describe online to advertise and sell. Package and dispatch items to customers.
- You will have online experience of selling in multiple outlets.
- Strong experience of using computers for business and social purposes.
- Experience of meeting set targets.
- Creative with merchandise.
- Stock management in a small busy team.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety within the Retail sector.
- You will possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across a multi-site organisation.
- You will have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- You will be IT literate with strong experience of using all Windows packages and Databases, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
