Sales Team Administrator

**Salary**: £23,000
**Summary**: At Bis Henderson, we are looking for someone with previous Administration experience to join a successful brand who operate within the Healthcare industry. The role of the Sales Team Administrator is to support the Sales Team toensure the highest level of service, quality and efficiency within the operation to support the business in achieving all goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general support to the sales team
- Responding to customer requests and queries efficiently and politely
- Updating the product stock list
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Communicating with all internal departments
- Create quarterly sales reports
- Check for incoming orders on SAP and approve deliveries
- EDI order processing
Key Skills/Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Previous experience in an Administration role
- Great time-management and organisation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
