Telecoms Client Support Executive

**Salary**:Available upon request /Negotiable depending on experience

**Location**:Shrewsbury (SY2 6FG)

**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)

**Job Purpose**

We are seeking a Client Support Executive to support within our Telecoms solution.You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customer base and resolving any issues and queries at the earliest opportunity.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Gathering information on customer issues and identifying & resolving common faults first time
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Using a ticket system to log, diagnose and feedback issues
- Reporting key operational metrics to the senior management team

**Skills needed for this role**
- Telecoms knowledge/experience in the industry is preferred
- The ability to prioritise tasks, with strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent attention to detail/administration skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
