Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading Bath based organisation in their search for a talented Property Co-ordinator.

This is a unique opportunity to support the management of an established private property portfolio, where you will be able to take ownership and make this role your own.

This role may suit someone who is looking to gain exposure within the property industry and is eager to develop their administrative skills in a forward-thinking and creative environment.

**The Role**
- Advertising the properties
- Showing students/tenants around the properties
- Guaranteeing that all properties are rented for the next academic year
- Coordinating the necessary contract documentation
- Collecting deposits, rent, and chasing any outstanding money
- Supporting with the management of bank accounts
- Overseeing insurance policies and claims for all properties
- Carrying out property inspections
- Ensuring all certificates are kept up-to-date
- Handling deposit returns
- Performing inventory checks at the beginning and end of tenancies
- Assisting with other ad-hoc duties when required

**About you**

We’d love to see someone who is a natural and confident people person, with brilliant written and verbal communication skills. You will have great attention to detail, fantastic time management skills and jump into this role with a positive and proactive approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
