Our Client are looking for an enthusiastic and happy-to-help team player to assist their Lettings Consultants in administrative tasks. You will be responsible for setting up all-new tenancies and renewals, including all the referencing and legal checks soan eye for detail is key. You will also be meeting and greeting clients and customers in both the office and at properties so a passion for people is a must

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- answering phones, providing customers and clients with the relevant information, or transferring to the appropriate staff member
- taking and distributing accurate messages
- greeting public and clients who visit theiroffice and directing them to the correct staff member or information they require
- uploading information onto their Referencing platform
- keeping in touch with all parties during the referencing process
- overseeing all signatories to ensure documents are signed before move-in days
- overseeing the tenancy renewal documentation
- ensuring compliance for new tenancies
- organising window displays
- organising and managing diary for the Director and senior staff
- undertake Letting's viewings during busy periods
- preparing outgoing mail for distribution
- scanning and copying documents
- maintaining office filing and storage systems
- updating and maintaining databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- updating and maintaining internal staff contact lists
- typing documents, reports and correspondence
- co-ordinate and organise appointments and meetings
- performing work-related errands as requested such as going to the post office
- ordering of office stationery and supplies as required

Driving license is essential. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.
