If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We’re seeking 4 energetic and driven Sales & Service Advisors to join our team, and be at the forefront of delivering world-class customer support to our student customers.

**Working hours**: 8am-8pm on a shift rotation of 4 days on, and 4 days off.

Our mission is to simplify the process of finding and securing student housing, making it easier for students to access quality accommodations including PBSA, HMO, Airbnb Management companies and for providers to fill their available spaces efficiently. Now operating across the UK, Ireland, Australia and Canada, we’ve got ambitious growth goals on the horizon.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Secure bookings through a service-oriented approach, finding students their ideal student room.
- Act as a liaison between students and accommodation providers, ensuring all administrative tasks to process the accommodation booking are completed.
- Forge positive relationships with students to understand their accommodation needs and preferences, facilitating a smooth and personalised experience.
- Meet or exceed conversion targets while providing industry-leading service to our customers.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Results oriented with a natural talent for sales and a genuine desire to help students
- Positive and enthusiastic phone manner and excellent written communication skills
- Fantastic conversational skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Collaborative mindset, self-driven, committed, and focused
- Experience working for a PBSA provider or as a university student who has lived in student accomodation would be useful but not essential
