**Craigavon / WFH then hybrid**

**Salary: £24-£28k (DOE)**

I am working with a long standing manufacturer and exporter of products for the construction, civil and telecoms sectors to recruit their new Sales Coordinator. Although based in Craigavon this position will commence working from home before progressing to a hybrid basis.

**About you**:

- Sound level of education
- Experienced in a Sales Administration / Order Management role
- Comfortable dealing with a variety of customers (engineers, buyers, contractors etc)
- Confident communication skills
- Strong IT skills across MS Office suite and ideally a CRM / ERP tool
- Due to the international customer base, a 2ndEuropean language would be beneficial (in particular German)

**Main duties**:

- Supporting sales management in the capturing and processing of commercial customer sales orders including quotations and information
- Ongoing liaison with customers in regard to orders throughout processes
- Follow up, and tracking of, leads and quotations to secure the closure of deals
- Managing orders including liaison with production / supply chain to ensure excellent customer service levels
- Work with Marketing to organise and despatch Marketing Material for both prospective and existing customers, shows and special events.
