Here at GXO, we are looking for a full-time, permanent H&S Coordinator to join our team based in Bradford. Working on our M&S contract you’ll be responsible for all things health and safety, to create a safe and supportive workplace environment where people can thrive.
Your working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, however flexibility is required.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £29,000 per annum. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Work with the operational departments in the creation and reviewing of risk assessments and associated documentation
- Ensure that suitable and sufficient training is provided and maintained so that the site can manage QHSE issues on a day-to-day basis
- Liaise with site QHSE representatives to ensure the design and running of ‘Road to Zero’ site Health & Safety campaigns are engaging at all levels and fun
- Advise and assist where required with all ongoing investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and ensuring all actions are completed in the site's agreed SLA timings
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Experience working at a similar level within a logistics/warehousing environment, ideally within 3PL
- Experience of assisting with the production of risk assessments and associated documents
- Confidence in engaging with colleagues at all levels, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with senior management and customers alike
- NEBOSH General Certificate is highly desirable
