Logistics Supervisor

TruFrame is the largest independent manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors in the UK. Drawing on over twenty years’ experience in the industry we are a fast-growing and ever-evolving business, who are looking for someone to come and join us.
Reporting to the Logistics management team the Supervisor is responsible for efficiently running a team of operatives involved in the wrapping, checking off and safe loading of the fleet.
The Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring a safe environment with all company policies and procedures being followed, managing the productivity and reporting on all aspects of the shift as required.
The Supervisor will need to have good numeracy skills, a good standard of written English and be able to meet tight deadlines (accurately and quickly).
This is also a physical/ hands on role, which will include working outside.
**Night Shift**:
Normal working hours are 22:00pm to 06:00am - Sunday to Thursday.
**Hourly rate**:
The hourly rate of £17.63 per hour includes a shift premium of £12.00 which is paid after completion of 7.5 hours work on this shift.
This hourly rate also includes a discretionary bonus.
