Logistics Supervisor

The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment with all company policies and procedures being followed, managing the productivity and reporting on all aspects of the shift as required.
The Supervisor will need to have good numeracy skills, a good standard of written English and be able to meet tight deadlines (accurately and quickly).
Night shift:
Runs from 22:00pm to 06:00am - Sunday to Thursday.
The hourly rate of £18.54 per hour includes a shift premium of £12.00 which is paid after completion of 7.5 hours work on this shift.
Person specification:
- Previous experience of production of both windows and doors (ideal, but not essential).
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good standard of written English and good proofreading skills.
- Ability to work to follow reasonable instructions and meet tight deadlines (accurately and quickly).
- Logical thinker.
- Selfmotivated.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively and efficiently.
- Confident team player, prepared to be flexible to meet both team and shift requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
