We are currently looking for an exceptional** Digital Operations Manager **who will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe.

**What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibilities**:

- You will own the localization and operationalization of best digital experiences for consumers on local market level, ensuring consumer experiences are executed in the markets in the most efficient and effective way to ultimately convert to digital transactions.
- You will manage Mobile App from both a content and loyalty and promo perspective utilising content from the KO centre.
- Coordinate digital activations across portfolio on a local market level including ensuring localizing central activations and implementing local GDPR and other legal requirements across all activations.
- Be a GDPR champion for your market, ensuring Legal/PACS compliance of content, initiate GDPR assessment for each activation, build consumer experiences with the right to privacy mindset and embed local privacy rules into experiences and consumer journeys.
- Bring cross-portfolio, audience first journeys to life in collaboration with central IMX team.
- Implement and localize central platforms incl. T&Cs and GDPR requirements; UAT test new platforms & features. Report bugs, issues, feedback for backlog.
- Act as the strategic local consultant into the European centre ensuring the local countries have their needs met as well as staying in line or ahead of competitors.
- Day to day mgmt. of platform content, CRM and transactional activations.
- Provide local input and insights for central and local campaigns into the central teams.
- Prepare analytics & reporting dashboards for Digital Assets and campaigns.
- Ensure networked way of working and strong collaboration with Frontline Marketing, Central Marketing, Bottler, IT, Platform Services/SL&E, PAC, Legal, and agency partners.

**️‍ ️Who are you?**

Above all, you are passionate about **digital experience and operations. **You have a working experience of at least **3 years in digital operations, operating digital platforms, eCommerce, content management systems and data-driven experiences**. You have experience delivering **best in class integrated digital experiences** either working in the marketing or IT sector (either are preferred).

You have the ability to work in **agile cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders **. You are not afraid to get stuck in and **take ownership**, **work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.**

Being a **creative problem solver** you are able to **comprehend technology with ease** and you **thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.** You **bring** **energy** and **passion **and you are not afraid of working autonomously while putting the team interest first.

**Important**:_Comdata Digital and Consumer Experience Team is dedicated to exclusively support the digital strategy of its client Coca-Cola. You will be employed by Comdata Group or our local 3rd party employment partner who will be responsible for all aspects related to the employment contract and relationship. You will be part of an amazing team tasked to drive the digital strategy and transformation for Coca-Cola, covering aspects such as digital marketing & operations, digital commerce, social listening, publishing, data & programmatic, digital experiences and innovation._
