**Job Title**: Sales Support Coordinator
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support daily activities of the sales team
- Assist the Sales Director and Sales Managers with routine tasks
- Prepare quotations for simple leads and route complex queries to appropriate managers
- Coordinate product training and manage documentation in the company library
- Collaborate with Operations on logistics relating to equipment pre-delivery inspection, collection and delivery
- Collaborate with the marketing team for staffing exhibitions and conferences
- Work with the administration team on invoicing and delivery schedules
- Manage and submit tenders, including NHS Supply Chain, gathering information and coordinating with related departments on product management
- Attend and contribute to sales and marketing meetings and represent the company at various industry events

- Technical Skills:_
- Understanding of sales processes and customer service practices
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics management
- Familiarity with healthcare industry (preferred)

- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
