**More about your role**

We are looking to recruit a Project Support Coordinator to join our newly created Planned Investment Support Team. You will be based from home covering the** North West** and will be expected to travel around your region when required to gather information and support the Investment Delivery Team.

As a Project Support Coordinator you will be responsible for the preparation of all supporting documentation including specifications, any planning or building control permissions, party wall notices, the procurement of contractors and ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations for planned investment programmes. You will also be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the Places for People Affordable Housing specification to ensure works meet the required performance and quality standards.

**More about you**

To be successful in this role you will need to have sound knowledge of building regulations, planning processes, delivering investment programmes and building performance/construction. You will have a strong communication, organisational and change management skills as well as experience of successfully planning and implementing large scale planned works programmes.

You will ideally be accredited or working towards PAS2035 retrofit coordinator status.

A full driving licence and use of car is essential for this position as this role will involve travel.
