To support the businesses with sourcing & facilities activities across the business. Provide key stakeholders with reporting and/or information to help manage and control spend. Create workable solutions to new challenges.

To support the Sourcing Manager with tasks relating to expiring contracts, supplier and pricing reviews. Also work with the vendor and maintenance managers to ensure matrix contains the correct and valid vendor information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Vendor Management Leader to add new vendor records to matrix system
- Support all functions with requirements for new services or products via either existing or new suppliers.
- Create a matching process or controls for new requirements
- Supplier Management, to take control of several vendors managing the day to day running/issues with supplier and have calls/reviews with actionable outputs.
- Work with the accounts payable team to resolve supplier details mismatches, causing invoices queries
- Work with finance team to complete any regional specific requirements or internal P&L investigations, cost coding or reallocation requests
- Maintaining the SharePoint site to help branches with self-help guides, supplier documentation and how to guides.
- Collate and produce reporting for internal stakeholders on high spend /productivity enhancing suppliers
- Analysis of reports to advise on best practise, non-compliance, or areas of concern to various business manager if required
- Assist company vehicle drivers facing issues with vehicles or service
- Work with reception to cover tasks (when not manned), like hardware requests, pool car bookings, as well as reporting or recording facilities issues at HQ
- Support with facilities compliance requests and requirements following audit issues
- Collaborate with the team on any centrally run efficiency/green projects
- Support the business requirements with the IT managed services such as telecoms, mobility tasks and projects as and when required

Whilst the above outlines the main duties of the post the list is not exhaustive, and duties may need to change in the light of future developments or from time to time as directed by your supervisor or manager.

**Requirements: **
- Working within a team, cross functionally or independently as the task requires.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Proven experience in an administration role with an eye for detail
- Good IT Skills (software appropriate to the role), analyze spend and produce best practices
- Strong drive and commitment to achieving the businesses and our internal colleagues targets
- Good level of organisation, ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

**Hours: ** 45 hours per week and hybrid working with a minimum 3 days in the office

**Salary**: £25,000 + Benefits
