Jenson Fisher is pleased to be once again working with our long-established client to recruit a Property Administrator on a permanent, full time basis to form a key part of their Fife based operation. In this role you will assist with the portfolio ofcommercial property purchases and sales, providing a first class administrative support along the way.
As the Property Administrator, you will bring a professional, organised and efficient approach to your workload alongside a commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring that compliance administration is achieved.
On a day to day basis, the Property Administrator will be responsible for:
- High volume data entry, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Use of Microsoft Office and a bespoke property management system.
- Providing information to key stakeholders, both internal and external, on a daily basis.
- Document managing and filing.
- Working on all property transaction activities including lettings, risk assessments etc.
- Ensuring that daily administration tasks are achieved.
- Meeting and greeting visitors and diary management.
- General support to the Senior Management Team.
