HR Administrator Job advert

IMS is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company based in Ascot, Berkshire. Due to our growth, we are looking to employ a HR administrator to join our team, working from 9:30 - 14:30, Monday - Friday, the position is office based.

You will be required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good attention to detail and be confident in asking the necessary questions to support your work.

Role may suit a person who has been a PA/EA/Secretary, or has had some HR Administration background/experience,

**Duties will include**:

- Processing starters and leavers
- Raise and issue contracts of employment and distribute staff handbook ensuring you get confirmation from the employee that they have received.
- Carry out all necessary DBS checks for all new employees and monitor and renew all current DBS.
- BPSS Checks, ensure the checks are carried out and the client is updated on all employees with completed checks.
- HR Filing on a daily basis.
- Making sure that information is kept up to date and is accurate.
- Assist in employee relation matters, including attending meeting and taking of notes
- Monitor employee’s right to work documents.
- General employee letters.
- Maintain training records
- Recruitment, liaising with Ops team on what vacancies we have, posting job adverts, and arranging interviews.
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Head of HR.
- Maybe required to visit sites.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
