**We are currently recruiting **both a part time **(28 hours) permanent roles, our full-time starting salary of £21,220 is made up of a base salary of £19,500 pro rata, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance.**

Whether you’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you’ll never know what the next challenge will be.

You’ll be totally flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one particular element of your role. - Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone

**What else you need to know.**
- The role is based in our **Newbury **branch.
- This is a part time role working 28 hours across Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 8am - 6pm
- If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
