We're actively recruiting for a PA/ Office Manager to join our fast paced, forward thinking company with huge growth plans based in Leeds on a permanent basis. Our client is on the lookout for a multi tasking individual who works at a fast pace to supportour clients Managing Director to achieve the company's goals.
**Duties of our PA/Office Manager**
- Managing the companies sales tracker on a complicated Excel document
- Taking ownership of the office and any maintenance issues
- Managing external contracts and relationships
- Confidential HR filing
- Managing the petty cash
- Updating the companies cashflow
- Handling any complaints or issues
- Supporting the Managing Director with adhoc projects
- Diary management
- Producing presentations

Experience Required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Some financial knowledge desirable
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Worked with confidential information
